I emailed them to add a note to my medical records, which in fairness they did so immediately unfortunately they got it confused which led to a slight error. I then emailed them back and they rectified the matter very quickly and I was positively satisfied
Rating with one star cause I cannot give less than that. awful experience, 3 weeks for an appointment.(5 people ): never available for any emergency, rude staff. ended up at 999, many times just because they will let us wait 3/4 week for literaly anything, reception never available. overall very bad experience, for the last 3 years, thinking this was the NHS.
One star it’s not enough how ridiculous this gp is! This place should close!
