This is a disgraceful medical practice the way they treat patients is appalling. They are rude and clearly do not care about patients they don’t look into medical results and when asked about them they get quite nasty on questioning their authority. Dr Anoma Basnayake Is a very rude abrupt doctor that seriously needs to learn how to treat and communicate better with patients. Seen Dr Amona the other day she very helpful & explaining the details. Very impress with her knowledge & understanding. Excellent
Honestly the surgery itself isnt wonderful, its arcadic in its practises and clunky. They do not use emails making it especially difficult to get infomation from them or from specialist to them due to this. The practise feels as though it is focused more on making money then providing good healthcare for its patients. Theyve had good doctors but unfortunatly have trouble keeping them
