waste of money
Please make sure you do your research... Dr Anoma Basnayake is not interested in Women's Health. I asked for an urgent appt as my regular GP was away. I was booked in with Anoma Basnayake and was assured she would be able to view my previous records. This GP was rude abrupt and unsupportive... Told me she couldn't help today to rebook next week with my regular GP. I would not have sat in my car for 2.5hrs if I didn't need to see a Dr!!!
Incredibly disappointed with the visit with Dr. Basanyake. Supported a family members visit with severe mental illness to Dr. Basanyake. I found her very unsupportive , negative, rude & unsympathetic to the seriousness of the patients condition . Because of this it led to a serious mental breakdown at home after the visit. Other doctors within the practice we have encountered have been fantastic. The negligence of a doctor here almost killed my father. Avoid at all costs if you value your health and not dying! He was with him for close to two decades. Only picked up on the issue when he went to a specialist for a different ailment and was told he needed to go to the emergency room right away. Again if you wish to live avoid this place otherwise there's a chance they will miss something and you will die.
