The reception staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. The GP I saw was approachable and genuinely understanding. I was initially hesitant due to some negative reviews, but my own experience has been positive, suggesting they’re making improvements. Plus, they’re accepting new patients, which is a bonus.
Saw one off the doctors approx 2 months ago and he spent more time questioning me about what i thought was wrong and why. I felt like he was not listening to me and i found the methods of 'interrogation' very stressful. To this day i have not had a proper diagnosis and the condition i had took 5 weeks to clear up.
