The personnel at this facility were very professional and courteous. They made my experience a positive one .I will use this hospital as my hospital. Great service.
The worst place.. they take for ever to discharge you and they just sitting there talking to each other not about work.. just to discharge me and give me the prescription took 3 hrs
Do not go to this ER. The Doctor in charge, Dr. Edward Woo will ignore patient withdrawal consent and assault you (battery), and then bill you. I went here on 4th of July of 2025. After 2 hours of receiving no care and listening to nurses call other patients "whiners", I withdrew consent, and the doctor would not let me leave, then came in and made me lay down so he could assess my injure (going against my will and request for care be withdrawn, which is medical assault or battery) I have called the hospital and complained a... read more
If I could give zero, I would. Terrible customer service. Called all the numbers provided and the same lady kept answering telling me that I had the wrong number and when I asked if she could give me the correct number she refused to even try, telling me that the numbers were moved around.
I recently came in by ambulance with a severely broken leg. Both bones in my lower leg (tib and fib). I was taken care of in the best way out of any hospital I've ever been in. I was scared out of my mind to have surgery on my leg. I've never had any kind of surgery at all. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Post surgery all of the nurses and staff were so kind and helpful.
