I had surgery here with Dr. Cross and that was a 5 star experience. I have also cut my hand and needed stitches and was sent away to BG by the ER room doctor... SO the next time I needed to go to the ER for a broken hand I drove to BG and didn't waist my time.
This hospital has come a long way in caring and great care. I’d recommend it highly. They all made my bad incident a better experience and they sent me home feeling better..
Took forever to be seen, no one on one wih the doc and the staff upfront forgot to release me.
Feels like the doctors are a little inexperienced sometimes because of how long they take.
