Every interaction I have had with the staff at this hospital has been knowledgeable and compassionate. Pleasant and helpful staff in each department I have visited.
Billed an outrageous amount for an ER visit that took way longer than a primary care provider visit and provided minimal care with no answers. Will drive further down the road to Livingston or Wayne County in the future.
I would give zero stars if it was possible. I will not be going back to this hospital after what happened to my dad. He had a heart attack (his “widow maker” artery was 90% blocked) and waited there for 8 1/2 hours before an ambulance FROM Bowling Green came to get him and took him to Bowling Green. So why doesn’t Clinton Co EMS transfer to BG? I know for a fact that they do, guess it must be based off last names… but anyway, I’ll be going elsewhere for emergencies. Something has to change, people… this is ridiculous.
Dr Cross, anesthesiologist and nurses in surgery are awesome and treat everyone with dignity and respect.
