Dr Cross, anesthesiologist and nurses in surgery are awesome and treat everyone with dignity and respect.
Good Dr and nursing staff
Everyone was very nice and helpful. The hospital was clean. Dr. Peddicord was great as she always is. Physical Therapy staff was kind and helpful.
To the entire staff at Albany Medical Center the very early Monday morning of Jan. 5 and then again that late afternoon into the evening, I want to enthusiastically thank them from the bottom of my heart for their efficiency, knowledge, caring and concern from the two separate times I entered the ER to when I was transferred via medical helicopter from their helipad. This emphatically includes the knowledgeable and reassuring doctors Ankit Patel and Mark Clapp! Thank you all once again, Frank Gab!
from beginning to end this was a bad experience. This hospital 100% needs to restructure and retrain. They have very limited equipment and frankly I would trust a new paramedic over 90% of the nursing staff. I would have given it 1 star but I am human and I realize no one is perfect. Plus, a nurse Lisa was kind to me there. In summary don’t go to this ER if you truly have a medical problem as it won’t be assessed or handled. God bless
