Do NOT schedule Physical Therapy at this facility. While the therapists are great, the facility is going to bill you astronomically (6-7x) more than you would pay anywhere else. There are PT providers in Byrdstown and Cookeville, TN and Columbia, KY that will only bill $85-$125 per session depending on location and service. The Medical Center at Albany along with Commonwealth Financial Services is billing about $600 per session of PT and not telling patients until after the fact. So…I had to take my daughter to the ER because she fell and hit her head on the corner of a wooden table, like her pump knot was like gold ball size close to her temple. Scared me to death anyway I had I broke my pinky toe earlier that day but I wasn’t going to go, but since I was already there I thought what the hell. The Dr. and nurses were wonderful but the hospital didn't have the required equipment or my foot. They wrapped my toe to the one beside it and said that they didn’t have the boot or other thing to keep my toe ... read more
Hospital small but very clean. Staff friendly and took great care of us. Dr. Cross was amazing and took great care of my husband.
My sister just had to have half her foot cut off 2 weeks ago so she is having really bad nerve pains an besides her over taking her pain meds to surgeon gave her she went to the ER at 3oclock am just for the doctor to tell her she was abusing her meds She dose not do drugs never has done drugs It's awful that you can't go to that ER an be treated like someone you feel worse about yourself when you leave than you did when got there Not everyone that comes in there are drug addicts Dr.john kilgallin I guess she just had her fo... read more
