Fui por una promoción y terminé pagando un tratamiento de Botox y el resultado fue muy leve para el costo y presenté reclamo y volvieron a colocar pero nada y lo que pagué fueron más de 400 y sigo con frente arrugada , les escribí y no tuve respuesta y ahora quise enviar foto y no permite .

Very unprofessional. I simply asked questions to be able to fully understand the service without confusion and immediately was told they’d rather give me a refund because I was being rude . One , everyone was late . Two , I am genuinely new to this and it would have been my first time getting any type of service like this so yes I had questions and I wanted to fully understand.
