Been servicing my 2017 Mitsubishi triton since moving to Rockhampton 3 years ago and always do fantastic work. Very honest and great customer service. Great to deal with the owners of the business who take pride in their work.
New customer here. If I could rate a half star I would. Expensive hourly rate for the level of service provided. Latest job, charged 2 hours labour for an actural 1 hour and 10 minute job (cam cover gasket). Previous job (new radiator) had to bring back vehicle twice, to fix a rather loud squeek to appeared after new install. Which they tried to fix before sending it out but didn't succeeed. I do not recommend The Mechanic Shop and the Radiator Shop (same place)
