Waisted my time.. I stopped by The Mechanic Shop on December 14, 2022 to make a appointment to have my 1997 Ford F350 diesel worked on pertaining to cooling system. I was told they were not taking any more in this year. Wanted to finish the vehicles they already have, and would be taking appointments for January on January 2nd 2023. I called December 29, 2022 to make sure they would be open Monday January 2, 2023 so I could get my truck in. Now they're saying sometime in February. That is poor business practice.
