I reached out to Farmers as my home insurance increased drastically with current carrier. Leilani was very prompt and professional and made the process painless. She was very thorough in proposing my options and made the switch to Farmers and easy choice. Highly recommend!
Presley is the BEST! She saved me from over paying with progressive. She was very patient with me and took the time to explain everything. Super helpful and friendly.
I had an amazing experience with The Means Insurance Agency. Presley helped me not only save money but also increase my coverage, and she made the whole process incredibly easy. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to all of my questions. The entire agency is wonderful, everyone I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help. This team goes above and beyond for thie clients and really provide amazing customer service. I truly appreciate their service and highly recommend them!
Don and his team are so knowledgeable and friendly! I love to see them finding ways to educate people on the importance of having good coverage. Don & Presley just did two great presentations at the high school to help inform students of the steps needed to get the right coverage for themselves as young adults. They are all so invested in their community and consistently show up to support our community.
