My father arrived at The Meadows at the recommendation of the assisted living facility he was in at the time. He was not expected to live past a few years. However, because of the excellent care he got at The Meadows, he flourished under their care for another 4 years! During that time, we visited him every other day. These people use Caregivers and than don't pay them. So Caregivers please be aware!!!!

Caregivers are always sharing a bit personal information and they are always replacing people you or your relative can build a relationship with someone the next week they are completely throwing off our daily routine on how my grandma lives it’s just seems like management is tired and doesn’t take the time to hire quality caregivers

I am very grateful for The Meadows of Prescott Valley. I moved my dying husband Sam there while he was on hospice when I determined that I could no longer care for him at home and ensure his well-being. During Sam's month-long residency, owner/managers Ross and Christine and their team of loving caregivers treated Sam beautifully, with the utmost compassion and respect.
