Beware of Billing. As far as the service of the eye doctor those were wonderful, but when it came to billing and customer service I was more than disappointed. We have had the same eye insurance for 8 years. There is no copay for a once a year exam. I had 3 appointments at the same time. One for me and one for two of my kids. I expected to walk out with a glasses fee, I did not expect to walk out with any copay fee. First they performed an extra service that costs $39 per person above my copay without asking.
