Hey guys/gals, this is to tell you this manager at the meadows mobile home park in tempe az.is an aZZ .. He didn't approve me because of a claim for payment from a workman's comp claim on my credit report. He was rude and when I offered to pre-pay the lease payments, he said no, I will let the property sit for another 6 months.. And make the daughter of the dead owner pay me $1043.00 for an empty house. This was a cash payment so she could finalize her mom's estate. Not great customer service. No star. Just to warn potential buyers and current residents about The Meadows. The Meadows , without your knowledge, changes your account ledgers to make it look like you owe money by adding miscellaneous charges to your account ledger. So if you try to sell your house , get evicted or abandoned your home, The Meadows will take your home and restrict you from accessing your home , threatening you with the police and threaten to tresspass you. I agree with jan..... my parents moved in in march.......so far they have a old set up as far as phone and ethernet line set up... nobody in the community can use century link service do to the lack of up keep....my dads 300 dollar bike was stolen from his drive way.... thanks security.. harassed over my dads motor cycle.... ppl complained he was racing threw the community (they have speed bumps) lol security calls my dad and he was in his truck ....... not his bike ....park supervisor do not care.
I wanted to buy in this 55 plus community. Then they approved a 35 year old to buy . so much for protecting 55 plus tenants. The 80/20 rule is meant to protect existing resident spouse not just allow a under age person just to make a sale.
Just moved in! My wife and I are among the youngest residents - nice to feel "young" at 56! We bought a very nice doublewide. The grounds and facilities are beautiful, the residents friendly, and the staff helpful. We made a good move...literally!
Now since we have a new manager named Tiffany things are starting to get done now I love living here it'll be 5 years in January. And lots of great people
WARNING. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE. DO NOT FALL FOR THE BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPE OR THE NICE SECURITY GUARDS BECAUSE WHAT MAKES OR BREAKS A PLACE IS THE MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNITY. AND DON'T GET ME WRONG, I LIKE MANY OF THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE BUT WHEN YOU HAVE NEIGHBORS PEEPING THREW YOUR WINDOWS AND GOING THREW YOUR MAILBOX AND THE MANAGER WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT THEN SOMETHING IS SERIOUSLY WRONG. AND $800 for lot space is ridiculous anyways.
