The purchasing process was made increasingly easy by David T. He’s an excellent communicator and worked hard to help us through the process of buying our first home. I would advocate that you need two inspections on your home at Stallion Run. We’ve been here about two years and the under Mounted kitchen sink separated from the kitchen counter. We were advised that they weren’t going to fix it because it’s out of warranty, but it was Installed incorrectly, which should be resolved by the builder. There are no clamps, per the pictures. We were met with hostility when asking them to make this right.
David T was awesome! Made the whole process very simple and easy to understand. Wouldn’t have been able to do it without him!
This is a great community and very welcoming. I was buying my first house at Century and David Tachie was very helpful and communicative in the process. He made things easier as he was attentive and diligent to any questions I had! Happy to have my first home with a community like Stallion Run!
