This is a great community and very welcoming. I was buying my first house at Century and David Tachie was very helpful and communicative in the process. He made things easier as he was attentive and diligent to any questions I had! Happy to have my first home with a community like Stallion Run!
I am so happy with my experience with Century Community and working with David. As a first time homebuyer, it can get stressful and overwhelming but David was with me every step of the way and made sure that I got the house of my dreams and stayed in my budget. He never gave up making sure I had everything that I wanted and I am so grateful for him and am loving my new home! Thank you so much for making my dream of being a homeowner a reality!
Mr. David and his team was very kind and patient when it came to my home buying process from the first moment I talked to him I could tell that he was a caring salesperson that was considerate to my wants and needs. And the other members of the Century Community that I met were very passionate about their upcoming homeowners in being very informative to make sure I knew I what I needed to know moving forward.
Working with David and shari Rickert has been the worst! It's know June and I haven't herd from nighters of them since December they ignored our emails and calls. Still hoping to hear from them and get answers.
