We recently had the privilege to work with David Tachie, from the very beginning it was nothing but kindness, professionalism and patience. He took the time to show us our home and answer all of our million first time home owner questions. The process was smooth and welcoming from start to finish. We really appreciate all of his help and would definitely recommend David and century communities to anyone looking to start their new chapter!
Worst decision I ever made moving here. Let’s start with they sell you this dream in a Brochure but in reality you have to worry about you vehicles being broken into, and paying for amenities through your HOA for other neighborhoods to use. Worst decision this neighborhood did was place it next to a trailer park and not block off that neighborhood from ours. His knowledge of other builders really highlighted the advantages of the homes at Stallion Run against nearby competitors. This knowledge helped me make a life-altering choice for the better.
