Recently moved in and so far the experience has been phenomenal. The process and application was very smooth and concise. Any questions or issues I encountered were promptly answered and resolved by the manager Todd. Even if I emailed at night, I would get a response first thing in the morning the next day. After moving in I have continued being supported as well. Any issues I have had with the apartment itself, I was immediately able to bring to the attention of Todd and the maintenance team. I had issues with 3 blinds that were damaged over time. I requested a replacement, and the employee Chad did a great and fast job replacing them.
Todd was very welcoming and informative!!!! We were able to tour upon walking in!
Exorbitantly priced, outdated dump. Floods often!
