Don't waste yalls money trying to rent out these trailers. Kids stay on dirt bikes and in other people's yards ,always in the street making unnecessary noise. 600+ for rent for trailers in the hood is crazy
Good. Just the rent keep going up.
It used to be a very nice looking and well kept up place to live and now its getting run down just just like all the other mobile home parks..wish the owner would come around more often... People dont go by rules..
Manager on site is awesome. A nice and quiet park
