Tip: smoking is allowed in units. The location is fantastic—close to everything. The neighbors are laid-back and friendly, which is probably my favorite part of living here. The office staff are friendly but don’t always respond promptly. They offer a tax credit program that helps those who wouldn’t qualify elsewhere, and water is included in the rent. Do not under any circumstances move here. This is ROACH HEAVEN! Neighbors are weird,smelly, loud. No parking in front of the building. Pool doesn’t open at all. Office is unhelpful. They WILL NOT answer phone calls and if you go in person they office is closed all the time, so just no talking to them at all. I’ve been begging for a gym key since we moved in 6 months ago and still haven’t gotten it. The police are also always here for some reason. Awesome ! Staff was friendly and professional. Apt. is AWESOME ! Highly recommened. After living here 6 months I am the happiest I been in years ! The staff, management company are A1 top notch ! It gives a community feeling, safe, clean upkept grounds, nice apartments and everyone is friendly !!!
This place doesn't work, they give you the apartments in poor condition and they never repair it, then they want to charge for damages that they don't solve Without a doubt the worst place to live And it infests with cockroaches If I could, I would give it 0 stars
