The apartment it’s self is good for the price but we have had multiple maintenance issues. The first day we got here our lock on the door didn’t work. They quickly got that fixed. Then water started leaking out of our faucet fixed the same day. Light is dripping water, plummer out the same day to stop the leak. Now our AC isn’t working and the staff and service has been far from good. There has been no communication of what is going on, or resolution for the temperature. I’m moving in 3 days, and this has been a headache from the beginning. My wife and I wanted something on the first floor, and when we reserved an apartment, they told us it would be ready to see in two days. We came back, and they had already rented it. According to them, someone rented it without even seeing it. We have been asking them to fix the dishwasher since we moved to this place since it’s not working even before we moved to our apartment. It has been 6 months. They never came and kept ignoring us. I can’t wait to finish my lease to move to a new place
It is a nice place to live, although I think rent could be alittle cheaper
It's a new experience for me so we'll see how this experience goes
