I don’t lease here but I had scheduled an appointment at 10:00am to tour a 3 bedroom and I got here on time for my appointment but these people are extremely unprofessional. They tell me to come back in an hour because they have a meeting. Extremely unprofessional to schedule with someone and then cancel day of.
Terrible experience. They scheduled a tour with us, and we drove 45 minutes just to see the apartment. Over the phone, they told us that a 1-bed, 1-bath unit was available, but when we arrived at the property, they tried to sell us a 2-bed, 2-bath unit instead, claiming that the 1-bed was no longer available. Addition to that, Esmeralda Silva was very unprofessional.
Josh the maintenance guy fixed our heater that we were having problems with for month’s and it’s been ok since
Staff is friendly and patient,, it's peaceful here and neighbors are respectful.
