It's a very nice place to live. They take care of any maintenance issues in an orderly time frame.
I have lived at The Meadows for several years now. Property and grounds are always kept up and maintenance problems are handled when needed.
DON’T LIVE HERE!!! I moved out of this place 2 years ago and my roommate stayed and I’m still getting calls and text message! STOP IT! IT’S SO ANNOYING!!!! I have called many times over the years about this, the roommate has also called about this AND THEY HAVE YET TO TAKE MY NUMBER OFF!!!! Not to mention, I left because of the mold and they haven’t fixed the mold issue in that apartment because my old roommate told me there’s still mold!!! Older apartments, dishwasher head mold, under the sinks had small water spots, age of furnace and AC we're at least 2005 so 20 years old, fire alarm Had not been checked since 2023, several cracks in the walls but newly painted and repaired, there was a hole in the bathroom wall, the exhaust fan didn't work, countertop seams were visible and uneven, cabinets were old but clean and decent, master bedrooms floor how to stain. No washer and dryer hookup
