2 years living here, seems like unless you live upfront, you don’t really matter. I have asked several times for this to be fixed but hasn’t initially late seed then came and “leveled” The yard out with a bunch of dirt did not plant any grass seed and just left it. Be sure to think twice before moving here. My family and I were very excited initially and unfortunately it has not been that great at all and could be. Seed was not spread after the project was completed. Keep saying that but it wasn’t.
