I live here and it sucks the landlord doesn't do anything but fix the water system and it's become a mad house with absolutely no rules

I used to live in this park over 45 years ago as a small child. It's amazing to see how the two sides are vastly different. One side has well manicured homes, while the other side looks neglected, run down and old.
