A lot has changed over the last 1-2 years on this property. Despite the many super-positive reviews, some of the BIG things that have changed with The Meadows are: 1) Ownership won't hire more "roving" Mgrs or another Mgr for The Meadows---as the current Mgr is mostly gone to other properties (not her fault; owner's fault). This leads to further issues on the property, as follows... 2) Most all of the property guidelines/rules are not followed by residents & not enforced, due to no Mgr on site or Security on site. 3) No one ... read more
This is a peaceful place, with great neighbors, and excellent management. So happy to be here.
Our Manager, Misty, is the best. Yards are well maintained. I love my apartment and convenience of being close to all shopping centers The upkeep of the entire premises is perfect. Having a great manager is a true blessing. Best senior apartments in town.
