This is a peaceful place, with great neighbors, and excellent management. So happy to be here.
Our Manager, Misty, is the best. Yards are well maintained. I love my apartment and convenience of being close to all shopping centers The upkeep of the entire premises is perfect. Having a great manager is a true blessing. Best senior apartments in town.
The Meadows is a great place to live and feels like home. We have a great manager, great neighbors, and they let us do things with our apartments and patios and small garden areas to make it feel like our home and want to stay forever. They’re built more like condos than apartments.
Our manager, Misty, has made my move to Kerrville so easy! Misty has been patient with me while I down-size my “stuff”. She is so helpful and graciously answers my numerous questions. She listens to me and doesn’t just automatically say no. Recently I had a health scare and as I left in an ambulance, she helped my sister plan puppy sitting. My experience is she works very hard and goes above and beyond in all situations!
Complex is nicely kept. The manager is very helpful and maintenance is always quick to show up when needed. Great place to live.
