DO NOT EVER rent from this place. Christin McDonnell is the manager/owner of the place and she will do anything to keep from giving back a tenants security deposit. Even though I had paid my rent for an entire month, she moved other people into the unit before my lease time had expired and then tried to charge me for repairs for damages they caused. If I could I would give them 0 stars! like the other lady before me I agree this place is the worst to live. Luckily for me I have wrote down EVERYtime I have called about something. It too them 6 months just to replace an outlet that you still can not use cause it is coming out of the wall. There are holes & softspots forming in the floors which she told us is due to the weather but still will not fix. Bugs started showing up so we called & told them & when they did come to spray it tripled the bugs in our house. I will not... read more
