Friendly professional and caring. Absolutely loved my stay at the hospital, was treated with utmost care. Friendly staff/nurses. Very pleased with the results of my surgery. Consultants are excellent. Highly recommend 😊
Friendly, professional, caring helpful staff. They listen to customers and explain processes clearly. Soprano Laser machine is amazing. My only criticism is being asked to wait 6-8 wks between treatments when other providers have said I could have another treatment after 3 wks. Best laser hair removal customer service I have experienced and I would highly recommend Catherine as a beauty consultant and ME Clinic as a service provider and most likely the best in Cardiff
