I was a probono client through NE TN Legal Aid. It was hard to get an appointment as they never answer the phone. After my first and only meeting I thought it looked good. However, I was never able to get in touch with him ever again. I called, left message after message. He NEVER called me back AND hasn't until this day. Pro Bono, yeah, about that....
Lee handled a custody case for me a few years ago and it was one of the worst experiences. From being unorganized to never being available for a meeting.. to wanting to meet 20 mins before court started. 3 years later I am now finding out Lee was sent a final copy of my order that was never given/sent to me with provisions that I never agreed to. For custody matters, save your money and go with someone who actually fights for you.
