Gina is awesome! I was recommended to her because she does great with all processes. However, there is a gentlemen that works for her (I believe his name is Bryan I am not 100% sure of his name), but he is the only gentlemen that works for Gina McMaster and he always answers the phone. He is extremely impolite and unhelpful. Simple question were met with generic unconcerned answers.
