As a longtime client who has generally been happy here, I am deeply disappointed by my experience today. During a misunderstanding regarding my kid's insurance, the manager, Caitlin, completely lost her temper. She screamed at me with an aggressive tone in front of other people, causing a scene that genuinely scared my young children. No family should be treated like this. Even if you’re having a bad day.
