Front desk is amazing! Brittany and Caitlyn were very helpful and got me in right away. Thank you!!!! It’s sad to see the lies people say about this place and the owner is very respectful not to call them out on their bs!!! Well I am not!!! The mchenry dentist is amazing!!!
Very disorganized office. Waited 40 minutes after my appointment started to actually see staff. They are incompetent in building dentures. Support staff is rude, pushy and don't greet patients. This place also has a proclivity for going through dentists like Kleenex. Very poorly run office I would not recommend to anyone.
My family and I love McHenry dental and all of the staff there do amazing with my kiddos!
I declined a treatment and then a second tech told me it's covered by insurance so it won't cost me anything. I agreed to the treatment and over 5 months later I receive my first bill for the treatment and the dentist added a late fee even though I didn't know I had a balance due.
Took both my young girls and both of them loved Dr.Ted and the whole staff! they both look forward to seeing him as their regular dentist
