I toured several communities and decided on The McAuley because the apartments are a good size and they have screened in balconies. The McAuley is also a pet friendly and I love that my dog Benji is also joining the community. I’m looking forward to moving in soon.
My parents lived at The McAuley for approximately eight years. Two things have made it a “five star” experience: first, the people who work at the McAuley are dedicated to helping others - Beth Andresen, James Manugas, Jaclyn Terranova, front desk staff, maintenance staff (and others) - your excellence and thoughtfulness are always appreciated, thank you; and second, it’s a very friendly place - when you pass in the hallway there is a smile and hello from almost everyone.
We have been residents of the McAuley for 3 months. As Sisters of Mercy, we have found that the McAuley reflects a true spirit of hospitality which is a key value of the Sisters of Mercy. The staff and residents are so gracious, kind and caring to all. The mission is a live and well every day . It has been wonderful getting to know other residents. We are delighted to be a part of this community.
The McAuley is a great place to live. I enjoy the wonderful food made by our great chefs. The happy hour before dinner every night is very enjoyable and a great place to socialize. The staff here is helpful and friendly. The whole atmosphere is inviting and warm. You will meet some wonderful people that will become your new best friends and never feel alone. Every day is a blessing. As a healthcare professional I really appreciate the care provided at The McAuley. It’s a fun place to be and it’s never a dull moment.
The community is such a warm, wonderful place to live. The residents are very welcoming and willing to share experiences with you. The staff is more than accommodating. The programs are varied and very enjoyable. I’m so glad I made the choice to live at The McAuley.
