This rooftop has so much potential with their incredible location and breathtaking views, but horrible management and service. We waited 25 minutes from when we were seated until someone approached and that was after having to flag down a staff member across the rooftop. the drinks were okay but the service was a huge turn off. It's fair
Last Tuesday we checked in for 2 nights. Upon first impression the location is amazing and the hotel seemed very nice. It had a stunning view of Manhattan. Upon further inspection of cleanliness I realized the entire wall of above the bed basically had a sheet of heavy dust. I immediately called to ask for a microfiber mop to dust the wall. Booked a suite, and was told at check in it was unavailable, no further explanation was provided. Ended up in a small room, no bathtub, shower and 1 sink behind a barn door . This Autograph is the least nice I have been in - furniture and mattresses and cheap, looks like a HGTV renovation, the «Home Depot» type of «nice» decor. Service is very questionable . This hotel is also very overpriced for what it is and does not look good on the Marriott brand. Avoid
