I would have selected zero stars if it were an option. Gleidis Mazo took advantage of my husband and I as we put all of our trust in her. She was supposed to be taking care of monthly bookkeeping, payroll taxes, and businesses taxes. Everything that she touched is a mess and all wrong. When confronted on descrpancies, she blames quickbooks and tried saying letters from the IRS were a scam. She has taken no accountability for poor service. We were customers for over a year. I would not recommend Gleidis to do your bookkeeping or business taxes. I paid for monthly services for a year and the job was not done and what was done was incorrect. Do yourself a favor and hire a CPA.
