I lived here for one year, and my overall experience was very disappointing. The main issue was that the staff were unresponsive. I moved out at the end of my lease in late July, and more than a month later, I still have not received my $1,250 security deposit. I have sent multiple emails, but no one has replied. I am honestly unsure whether I will ever get my deposit back—this has been extremely frustrating and unreliable. I will continue to update this review as the situation progresses.
The new management has done a terrible job at running the property. “Rebecca) Manager) & “Ashley” (Assistant Manager) rarely respond to resident emails, maintenance lacks and sometimes takes months to complete a simple work order. There has also been an increase in homeless individuals entering the property and management not addressing it. There have also been multiple homeless camps inside the parking garages. This complex has gone downhill rapidly, and will continue to unless new management is established.
Rebecca (manager) and Ashley (assistant) are the reason this property has gone downhill. Her lack of knowledge of running an apartment complex this big has shown immensely. As a roommate who has lived here for over 10 months, I have never seen management been this bad.
