Worst customer service experience. Toilet has not been working at all for a full week. Because my roommates toilet is working it is not an emergency to the management team (specifically Michelle) and I do not even have an eta for the repair. My roommate’s bathroom is not accessible without going into her bedroom and they do not see this as an issue at all. Deplorable!
My air conditioning has broken three times this summer. No permanent fix has been offered!
I moved out in May and have had a terrible experience with the management office regarding my security balance. Despite leaving the apartment in excellent condition and having evidence to prove it, I was hit with a $125 cleaning fee. The lease explicitly states that a fee is only applicable if the unit is not left in good condition; it does not mention a mandatory flat fee. I recently found what I am almost positive is mold in my vents. When I told maintenance they came and looked and did nothing. I have another year of living here but I will be looking into breaking my lease because of this.
Literally the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I know there’s worse out there don’t get me wrong but short summary of the experience: AC didn’t work for the first 3 months living here. Took endless phone calls and maintenance requests to get it resolved. Temperature was mid 80s or above at all times - and I happened to be working remote at the time… Leasing agents will overpromise and underdeliver.
