The front receptionist, Jill, did a wonderful job with assisting my daughter’s move. She was very patient and thorough when speaking with us.
I have lived in many apartments- 4 or 5 at this point, and I have only ever had major issues with two. In general, I find that apartment complexes consistently have cheap fixtures/facilities, and many issues with things like windows/noise/temperature are just part of the deal. HOWEVER, my experience at the Maywood from August of 2023 to July of 2024 was so frustrating and fell outside of the realm of normal irritants. jill is such a doll she helped us find our absolute dream apartment she was so helpful with the tour a very down to earth and person just amazing at her job i can’t wait to live at the maywood i’m so excited!

"Very responsive and willing to answer any and all questions. Their willingness to help has sold me on how great this place truly is!" was my initial review... I do not feel this way anymore after living here for close to 2 years. Management is awful, constantly rotating out employees, and unwilling to help. Package delivery in phase 1 buildings is atrocious and often leads to undelivered packages or even lost packages at times.
