This place sells scrap appliances they buy at deep discounts they rip.people off i used to work for them for a short period joe the service manager is an idiot i onew more than him.so.if i ever had a issue i was forced to call the maytag tech line and got my ass chewed fir doung it this place is a joke and only cares about making money
Maytag Store Service Center is an unprofessional company, with dispatching staff that has no regard towards good customer service. Service techs have shown up to house with incorrect parts, not certified to perform specific repairs, not have the correct equipment to service the unit nor will they not take off their shoes or wear booties into your home.
Do not buy from this Maytag store and do not buy their warranty! Their service department is horrible. I have not had a working refrigerator for 2 months. They finally have the next set of parts, but can't come fix it for 2 more weeks. It is ridiculous. They blame the warranty company and the warranty company blames them. Buy from anyone else!
I made a service appointment with this company two weeks in advance. They stated I would be first on the list the day of my repair. I took off work from 1pm to 5pm. No one showed up from this company for my service repair. When I called to inquire, they stated I was on the list but the technician had to go home early, and they would gladly reschedule.
