Lived there before and it was alright but when I tried to move in last time, they gave me the run around and wouldn't let me rent a room. Most rooms are small and bathrooms are shared with all other tenants. Walls are thin so if you re sensitive to noise and odors I would think twice.
Stayed at a BnB on Lake Boone in Hudson. Place was great. Perfect size for my wife and I. Would definitely return when we visit Massachusetts again. Had moved out of state years ago. Miss the beauty of New England.
I currently live here, and would recommend this place. The bathrooms and common spaces are cleaned often (I believe daily since COVID). The location in downtown Maynard is great. Right next to the Assabet River Rail Trail and also within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, convenience stores, CVS, USPS etc. The rooms themselves are furnished and cleaned bi-weekly.
