I really enjoy meeting my neighbors. Polite and respectful. Walking the neighborhood seems safe and Indian Boundary is amazing. My apartment is cozy. My disappointments are the west elevator is constant in misrepair and the constant smell of marajana which is not allowed in the building. Please address these issues. Thank you for requesting a suggestion.

Extremely disappointed with the management. The elevator in this building is constantly broken — it stops working every couple of weeks like clockwork. For the past two months, it hasn’t worked at all, and nothing has been done to fix it. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a multi-story building where many residents rely on it daily. If you’re considering moving in, be prepared to climb stairs — a lot. The lack of communication and urgency from management just makes it worse.
Do not rent here at no cost . I just moved in . Roaches roaches disgusting. While processing the lease application the stuff is very unprofessional rude hang up phones . Not helpful one if the name is ruchika who works on the leasing office. Wiley the property manager is an other joke even I paid all admin fee and rent they wanted to hand me the keys when it was convenient for them . Hello everyone! We lived in this building from August 1 to July 30. We do not recommend it to anyone who wants to save their nerves and money: 1) bedbugs migrated to us from our neighbors through huge cracks in the floor, they threw out two mattresses and all the carpets, no one compensated for the damage; 2) noisy neighbors who can, when they decide to have a party or turn on music at full volume at 4 am, the administration does not respond to complaints from the building administration regarding disturbing the peace; 3) sm... read more
