After several visits looking at condos… we decided to buy here. Looking forward to it
The monthly fees are very high and the buildings are a mess. The board can't seem to get their act together.
Good solid structure with beautiful apartments inside. Reception on the ground floor with very helpful employees.
Please take this into consideration…Severe MOLD issues! I smelled something strange when I viewed the unit .. I ignored it unfortunately . The mold is rampant thru units . Sharon from illustrationed properties completely lied to us when she said well “That’s NOT MY JOB , last tenant had a cat “ well she crossed the line of code of ethics for real estate agents .. when asking why on assessments here MOLD is rampant in the building.
