The monthly fees are very high and the buildings are a mess. The board can't seem to get their act together.

Please take this into consideration…Severe MOLD issues! I smelled something strange when I viewed the unit .. I ignored it unfortunately . The mold is rampant thru units . Sharon from illustrationed properties completely lied to us when she said well “That’s NOT MY JOB , last tenant had a cat “ well she crossed the line of code of ethics for real estate agents .. when asking why on assessments here MOLD is rampant in the building.
