I thought buying this condo was a safe bet. So far I have been left with over $10,000 worth of property damage. I have lived in TX,FL,CA and never experienced anything like this… Never imagined I would. Hence me choosing a secure building lol. I absolutely agree a Gate is needed. My 3rd floors HVAC system got blown out in a drive by shooting. Board members then informed me it wasn’t the first as a 5th floor lady’s fridge got taken out before my HVAC. A gate at the parking entrance would be the missing key to this place. Resident safety in midtown should be a top concern.
It's surprisingly a nice condo with a nice lobby and meeting room. Very good for a mature occupant.
