Initially a temporary placement I knew after a few weeks that I didn't want my Grandma to leave The Mayfair so I took the other options off the table. I feel very fortunate that my Grandma is cared for at The Mayfair. I value the kind and gentle care that the care aides give my Grandma. I value the fact that the nurses advocate for care that is in the best interest of my Grandma. I value the fact that all staff make a point to greet me warmly when I come to visit my Grandma.
I love the staff They are all so good from laundry to care aids to managers they all work hard and treat our loved ones with care. I thank God that you are there for my husband Bill He is at peace and well taken care of and u are open for me to Love him . Thank you
Staff definitely cares for all residents, making sure everyone is happy and healthy. Recreation department does a great job of keeping everyone active, motivated and entertained. Appreciate the excellent work of the Physio therapist in helping residents learn how to walk again after hip surgery and ongoing physical exercise.
