My experience at The Mayfair is very, very positive. From my first visit to The Mayfair, We could see that the building and the grounds were kept in excellent condition with everything being clean, neat and well maintained… The main reason in our decision to come to The Mayfair was primarily the staff. We give 4.5 stars. My mother in law was at The Mayfair for almost 8 months. From the time she entered The Mayfair until the day she passed she was treated with respect and kindness. They took great care in making her comfortable and whenever we came she was always dressed well and look good. A special thanks to Suki, Maybel and Marcelina who always took time to chat with mom and make her smile. They always had a big hug for mom. The Mayfair is a shining light at the end of the road. The staff, the care aids, the lovely staff in the kitchen and of course one of the most important the recreation staff who only try to make each day a better one. I always hoped my Dad could be in a wonderful long term care home and my dream came true. I know that when I cannot visit he is always in good hands.
