Very out dated. Dirty. Horrible experience checking in, then had to go back to front desk to get codes for the pool area and beach. They tried arguing with us to get codes. They took forever to confirm we were guest. Finally they gave us the codes. SMH. We had just checked in with the same woman a few minutes before. Thankful we only stayed one night and moved to our next destination.
What a great week in Port A. We stayed in 215 and it’s was lovely. It was super clean with all the amenities you would need. The view was spectacular. We love staying at the Mayan, the staff is very friendly and we absolutely love the pools and hot tub. Can’t wait until next year for another visit.
Had a fantastic experience at the Mayan Princess with the family. The beach is so close by and the three pools are great.
We have been spending our summers in Port A since 1994. We have a long standing tie to the community and the island. We recently spent a week at the Mayan Princess in condo MP501. The condo and resort facility were amazing. The condo was clean, spacious and exactly what my family of 8 needed to end our summer. The property management and the reservation, check-in and departure process was very streamlined and efficient. We will definitely return to the property in 2023.
