I have to agree with the other reviewer. When we moved to Houston from Washington, D.C. we phoned them up for assistance and fell in love with Michelle and Annie!! My partner and I have a sense of well-being knowing that they are watching out for us in regards to all our insurance needs. Overall I think were paying a little more than some companies but were maxed out on coverage and I just love that we can contact folks directly and get an immediate answer. I like this business. I have been with them since 2000. They are the first and only insurance agency I have done business with since I moved to Houston. Always very friendly, accomodating, patient, informative, professional, they are extremely considerate and concerned about their clients. They go way out of their way to serve customers. I give them five stars!!
