NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE If I could give The Maxwell a zero, I absolutely would. My time living here has been nothing short of a disaster. From the moment we moved in, my girlfriend and I were given the wrong keys. After heading back to the office to get the correct ones, we returned to find the apartment was still being cleaned—and poorly at that. It reeked of cigarettes and was filthy. Mrs. Cece at the leasing office was an extraordinary agent. I needed to move in quick due to a job change and she was so helpful and speedy when it came to filling out paperwork and documents to get me cleared for my lease. 10/10 recommend working with her and the rest of the leasing agents (Bianca, and Tessa) at The Maxwell!
CECILY IS THE BEST I had the pleasure of speaking with Cecily at The Maxwell, and I can honestly say she was fantastic. We are moving shortly to The Maxwell and look forward to it. Nice place, tastefully done, lots of parking and sparkling units. Hugely appreciate Cecily Hinojosa. She was the one who showed us the apart, toured the facility and patient answered all our questions. Not only that I went back thrice with questions.
