I joined Max Fitness at the beginning of September on a whim after seeing an ad, and honestly? Best whim ever! The atmosphere is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The staff truly go out of their way for their members. My usual afternoon class is friendly and uplifting. In just 14 weeks, so much has changed for me: my nutrition, fitness, strength, how I feel, and yes, weight loss. A welcoming space and group, and great way to get fit up to 6 days a week!
I’m 2 months in and I’m loving the community and accountability! It’s been so awesome to have a one-hour daily protected time to meet at the gym, give my all and then start the day giving to everyone else throughout the day. Come check it out - there are accommodations for every fitness level & I always leave feeling stronger than when I walked in!
I love Max Fitness! I enjoy all the workouts and love that you can be there in person, workout online from home or watch the recorded workouts. All the trainers are so motivating. Add in the nutrition information and I am feeling better than I have in a long time!
I have been a member of MAX for one month. I love everything about it. It isn’t your typical gym. It is a supportive community who offer encouragement and support related to nutrition and strength training. It is a non- judgmental space where everyone is welcomed with open arms.
