Have been Asking the team to give me a new Schedule - like what are the timings and never got it . I felt they are not professional . BTW the website doesn't give scheduling info .
It was a great workout and didn’t realize time was flying by. The instructor was helpful to make sure I was doing it properly. Definitely felt it the next day. 😁
