I’ve been going to The Max for about three years, and I truly love it. At 72 years old, my body has changed in ways I never thought possible. I honestly look and feel better than I have in years. A huge thank you to Mary in the 9:30 class. She comes over and corrects every little thing I’m doing—even if my hand is twisted just slightly the wrong way! I was having trouble committing to a workout routine with my busy work schedule. Max has many different class schedules most people can find something that fits into their day. The classes can be challenging but you work at your own pace and to your own ability. The instructors are very motivating and get you to push yourself. I settled into my 5am routine with my gym buddies and my awesome instructor Rada. She surely will push me to my max!!!! I definitely recommend!💪🏻
