I absolutely love it here during the winter It’s hard for me to stick to working out because I like to walk and run outside, but it’s too cold so this is the time when I am usually unable to stick to my workout regimen, especially going outside in the cold, but the people here are encouraging. I love that we all work out together. It’s only 45 minutes so it’s easy to work out every day just for that 45 minutes. I absolutely love it. I’m so thankful for coming across this gym Looking forward to my transformation.
The Max of Woodbridge is wonderful. The staff is so friendly and customer service forward. The trainers are all highly trained and bring their energy, knowledge and support to each and every class. I love the energy of the classes at The Max Challenge in Woodbridge as well the variety of classes/ times and dedication of the teachers.
I really enjoy The MAX gym, not only does it allow me to stay fit but it also build great connections with others ! It makes working out enjoyable!
