If you want bugs getting into your house, and have all kinds of door and window problems, cheap crappy hardware, junk fans , and garbage lighting, then by all means, have Maverik build your new house of horrors. And I'm living in it right now.
Overall, we had a positive experience with our kitchen renovation. Maverick was friendly, professional, and easy to work with, which made the process smoother. While communication was generally good, there were times when more proactive updates would have been helpful.
