I worked with Nicole to get a couple custom closets created and built out for my shoes - I'm a shoe person and have quite a collection- everything went well. Custom shoe closets came out great, one of the pieces was very slightly damaged, but they got a new piece done and came back to get it all put in. I'd use them again for sure.
