We had a couch delivered back on 10/28. A huge gash was taken out of the material in the back by the delivery men, and they weren't even going to say anything until I mentioned it. So they took a picture and sent it to their repair person to take a look to see if it could be fixed or if they would provide a new couch. He came in November to take a look and said it would take 2-3 weeks to get the parts in.
