I bought my second mattress from the west Lansing store during covid, I was very happy with my first one so of course I went back to buy another. Every night I’m reminded of what a horrible decision I made! It’s the worst mattress ever! I even called the store shortly after it was delivered, because I thought I was brought the wrong mattress! And was pretty much told tough luck!!!! Awful experience and every night I’m reminded what an awful mattress it is!!!

We definitely recommend The Mattress Source! We had a 21-year-old sleep number bed and it needed to be replaced. We went to one of the mattress chain stores first and were less than impressed. And then we went to The Mattress Source. The personal attention we received was extraordinary! After trying several mattresses that day, we decided to buy the firm mattress (Arden). I got a bed from here and it is the most uncomfortable bed. Shop somewhere else.

Shopping was easy (and comfortable 😊). The gentlemen who delivered the mattress and did the setup were professional and personable. I'm getting better sleep and my back doesn't hurt in the morning!!
