Fixed a mix up we had with original delivery. Smooth pick up and drop off of new item.
These guys have dropped the ball with regard to timely communication. We’ve spent more than 12,000 at this store since 2021. Our current 5,000 order has been delayed - website says delivery estimates for our stuff would be 4-5 weeks. 4 weeks after ordering we were advised it would be another 3 weeks - maybe they forgot to place the order? My issue is with regard to communication with them, nothing to do with the 3rd party supplier.
