I bought an organic, Canadian-made latex mattress from Richard in July 2025. Six months later, 80% of my chronic back pain disappeared. Richard is a fair and honest broker, and I was very pleased with the product selection and pricing.
After a glitch with my order (my fault) the wonderful people at TMASC quickly remedied it and issued a refund to me! They were delightful to deal with and went the extra mile to find out what happened, where the goods were and retrieved them. I love the Abyss towels that I have purchased from them and will continue to be a very happy customer.
I have used this store to get specialty products from Germany twice. And both times, although I am in the US, my purchases were handled promptly and accurately, shipping by courier arranged and promptly delivered. Thanks for great service.
I purchased a Berkeley mattress from this store about a year and a half ago, after doing extensive research. I wanted something eco-friendly/natural, durable, and comfortable, and I was ready to pay for it. After a long visit with Joe, where we tried many mattresses and discussed our options at length, we went with a Berkeley Rome.
