Great customer services from Sue. We couldn’t be happier. Good mattress quality. Shame they are closing down.
Mattress lasted less than a year and they don’t stand behind the products they sell. Would not recommend. Edit: we have come to you to fix the issue, there’s no way a mattress less than a year old is meant to give you pins and needles from the springs digging into you due to the mattress wearing away. No matter what the manufacturer said that is faulty. We have asked for a refund as we do not want to support a company that will not help customers and just pass them along.
