Wow Dave was amazing!! We went to two other mattress stores in the area and had terrible experiences. Dave hooked it up and wasn’t pushy about making a sale. Gave good advice and let us take our time. Highly recommend and will definitely use this place in the future!!
The absolutely best mattress shopping experience I’ve ever had!! Dave was the nicest salesman ever—no pressure whatsoever and very respectful of my budget. Can’t recommend more highly!!!
The customer service was great but the quality of the mattress and boxspring are poor. The boxspring squeaks and the mattress indentation makes you conclude the mattress was well used. Also, I purchased a firm mattress and it is not.
David came highly recommended! He was super knowledgeable and allowed us to find a comfortable mattress and box spring for a reasonable price. AND, when we realized that we did not need the box spring after it was delivered, Joe was able to work with us to return the box spring in exchange for a different product that we could actually use. Thanks, Joe and David! We are very happy with the experience overall!
The experience at mattress connection was great, I went in to purchase a box spring for my bed and the sales person David help me and was straightforward of what I was looking for , thank you David for the help I highly recommend people to go here, I definitely will be back.
